The Consumer Protection Policy has been written to meet the contractual requirements of the Smart and Skilled program and Australian Consumer Law (ACL) with specific regard to the conduct of Registered Training Organisations. It also includes the requirements of the 2016 standards for VET FEE-HELP Providers 2016.
The Consumer Protection Checklist has been designed to act as an easy check on your marketing, promotional and advertising activities and your pre-enrolment processes against the requirements of the ACL and VET FEE-HELP.
The Marketing Strategy meets the Smart and Skilled contractual requirements for every Smart and Skilled Provider to develop a Marketing Strategy.
